RV enthusiasts can park at Fun Town RV Park at WinStar, enjoying a range of amenities. The RV park is accessible via Vegas Road or Merle Wolfe Road. With 152 full hookup sites, guests can choose between 50-foot back-in sites or 80-foot pull-through sites. The park is a top-rated Good Sam RV Park, guaranteeing high standards of service and facilities.

Review of Fun Town RV Park at WinStar

Fun Town RV Park offers full hookup sites, a clubhouse, an outdoor pavilion, picnic tables, grills, and clean shower facilities along with a dedicated laundry area. Plus, there’s a convenient general store right at registration for all your needs! Guests can enjoy a walking trail, shuttle service to the casino, and various recreational amenities. From what we observed, the RV Park places a high priority on safety and guest comfort. The RV park ensures a comfortable camping experience for all.

The Fun Town RV Park has achieved the Good Sam’s eco-friendly label meaning the park has implemented at least three eco-friendly practices. Those may be similar to practices from this list. Having Non-toxic cleaning products and natural pest control while minimizing styrofoam and plastic use. Using drought-tolerant plants and efficient irrigation, along with CFLs, insulated, and tankless water heaters. Or the practice of promoting recycling, using fuel-efficient vehicles, and encouraging biking over golf carts.

Amenities at the Fun Town RV Park

In the serene southern Oklahoma foothills, guests enjoy a range of on-site amenities. The park offers 152 full hookup sites, with 50-foot back-in sites or 80-foot pull-through sites. We had a flat cement pad on which to park our RV. The campsites had a good amount of space, making our outdoor adventure perfectly cozy and comfortable! Guests will enjoy the 1,400-square-foot clubhouse, the 3,000-square-foot outdoor pavilion, picnic tables, grills, and clean shower facilities. The walking trail lets guests fully experience and enjoy nature while stretching their legs and the shuttle ensures easy access to WinStar if needed.

WinStar provides 20-, 30-, or 50-amp service, water hookups, and sewer dumping. The park also features a playground, horseshoe pit, basketball court, swimming pool, and pool house. With 24-hour security, well-lit grounds, and pet-friendly policies, Fun Town RV Park ensures a comfortable camping experience.

We actually met some people at the RV park that said they love it so much that they come up every weekend.

The swimming pool at Fun Town RV Park provides a rejuvenating escape. The pool house offers clean restrooms and a water hose for added convenience. Guests can enjoy a revitalizing swim in a nice outdoor pool while enjoying the RV park’s ambiance.

Are There Things to Do Besides Gambling at WinStar?

WinStar offers various activities beyond gambling. Guests can enjoy performances at the Lucas Oil Live, relax at the spa, swim in the pool, practice their swing at the golf course, and indulge in fine dining. WinStar offers golfing facilities, providing scenic views of championship 18-hole golf courses.

What Types of Events May I Have at WinStar?

The Convention Center at WinStar combines business and leisure in a spacious 65,000-square-foot facility. It features a 15,000-square-foot Grand Ballroom, a 6,600-square-foot Junior Ballroom, and three executive boardrooms. The ballrooms can be divided and have modern AV equipment. The boardrooms offer comfortable seating, flatscreen TVs, and display hookups.

The center can host groups from 30 to 2,000 and is located near two pools, two 18-hole golf courses, a Golf Academy, and the World’s Biggest Casino. For weddings, it offers exceptional ambiance, custom catering, and luxurious hotel rooms. The professional event planning staff will make hosting business meetings or team events for work as well as weddings, receptions, and family get-togethers a success.

Where Can I Stay at WinStar?

If you’re not RVing and staying at Fun Town RV Park, you may opt for a hotel room in one of the four towers of the casino. Enjoy a flat-screen TV, an in-room safe, and climate control. Custom toiletries, blackout curtains, and complimentary chocolates add a touch of luxury. The coffee maker and 24-hour room service ensure convenience, while complimentary bottled water keeps you refreshed. If you prefer being a little further away from the hub of the casino, try the Inn at WinStar. Just a short shuttle ride from WinStar, The Inn at WinStar offers comfortable, customizable rooms. Choose from pet-friendly, smoking, or accessible options. Book a stay at The Inn at WinStar for easy access to gaming and a comfortable place to rest. We recommend staying in the Rome section as it is very close to everything.

Taking a Shuttle To and From Fun Town RV Park to the WinStar

The free shuttle service runs from 6:30 AM to 2:30 AM, providing convenient access to various recreational and dining experiences at the casino. Shuttles arrive every 20-30 minutes throughout the operating hours. The shuttle does make multiple stops, so you may find it easier to drive if you are in a hurry. The entire route takes about 45 minutes. We noticed that the shuttle doesn’t announce and tell you what stop you are at so make sure you pay attention to where you need to get off.

We were excited to see a live performance by Scotty McCreery. McCreery has captivated audiences since he won “American Idol” in 2011. With chart-topping hits like “Five More Minutes” and “This Is It,” his performances are a blend of contemporary, country flair and classic Southern charm.

Our evening at the Scotty McCreery concert at WinStar was truly unforgettable! We were incredibly fortunate to score front-row spots in the pit, and as a bonus, we even caught two guitar picks that were thrown our way!

Scotty delivered an amazing performance, and I loved how family-friendly the concert was. He sang about his wife and even brought his son on stage, adding a personal touch with videos from his life playing in the background. It made the concert feel so special!

Adding to the excitement, we had a delightful chat with Scotty’s bus driver, who took the time to stop and talk with us. It was a night filled with great music, memorable moments, and wonderful interactions.

The venue, Lucas Oil Live, exceeded our expectations. Both Daniel and I agree we’d definitely return for another show. Huge thanks to Chickasaw Country and WinStar for an unforgettable experience!

Upcoming Entertainment at WinStar

It is exciting to hear about the level of entertainment coming this Summer after the stellar Scotty McCreery concert we attended. Greta Van Fleet is promoting their new album ‘Starcatcher’, and comedy fans can enjoy several comedic talents such as Matt Rife. The Band, Mötley Crüe has been around since the 1980’s and will rock the stage, and the lineup wraps up with the nostalgic “I Love The 90’s Tour.”

Expect a diverse range of performances as the season progresses, including Penn & Teller, Keith Sweat, and a special 25th anniversary celebration for 5M Music. Katt Williams will offer two nights of comedy, while other standout acts include Jewel and Melissa Etheridge, Ludacris with Tiffany Haddish, Patti LaBelle & Gladys Knight, Juanes, and Thomas Rhett. A short walk from the RV park, WinStar offers gaming, entertainment, dining, and shopping. The casino is laid out into gaming plazas named after 9 famous world cities such as Beijing, London, Cairo, Madrid and New York City. Sports enthusiasts can enjoy the basketball court, while golf lovers can indulge in nearby championship 18-hole golf courses. Guests can also explore the world’s biggest casino for table games and entertainment. The clubhouse pavilion provides a space for social gatherings and relaxation.

The Cascades at WinStar

On the ground level, there’s an eight-inch-deep wading pool with in-water loungers and cabanas. This area also includes daybeds and lush landscaping. The mid-level has three pool basins, including a marquise-shaped pool and a four-foot-deep pool with in-pool bar stools. The upper tier, seven feet above the ground, features a pool basin with in-water loungers.

Cascade Has Six Pools!

Cascades boasts over 20,000 square feet of water across six pools. The main 9,000-square-foot pool surrounds an outdoor bar and restaurant. Guests can enjoy zero-entry sections, a VIP adult pool, and a family pool. The complex is landscaped with cabanas, chaise lounges, and features a poolside bar and exclusive cabanas.

Inspired by ocean currents and archipelagos, the pool complex’s design includes organic, curvilinear shapes. White cast stone edging and textured salt rock finishes add comfort and durability. The site features lush landscaping and winding pathways. The design ensures a personalized experience, with ground-level pools for families and upper tiers reserved for adults over 21 and VIP guests.

Dine Like a High Roller

We Ate At the Gran Via Buffet!

WinStar’s casual dining options offer a variety of relaxed and flavorful meals to suit any taste. For a global culinary adventure right in the heart of Oklahoma, WinStar offers an impressive selection of casual dining options. Since WinStar boasts of being the world’s largest casino, we had to check out the Gran Via buffet just for you! They offer a vast array of options, including a huge salad bar, Asian, Hispanic, and Italian sections, along with seafood and classic American-style dishes. And let’s not forget the desserts – they were truly exceptional! I savored a slice of carrot cake that was simply delicious!

We went back for a second time to try their brunch and I have to say their brunch was probably my favorite. While you could get both the breakfast and lunch items, they still have their fabulous desserts you could pick from.

And for those Mexican food flavors, Taco Casa is the go-to for soft tacos, burritos, nachos, and more. The Neon Pig at WinStar blends modern and rustic. Featuring house-smoked barbecue, gourmet burgers, and fresh, locally sourced salads.

Are you a breakfast fan? IHOP Express has you covered. Located in the Madrid Gaming Section, IHOP Express serves classic breakfast dishes like flapjacks, French toast, omelets, and platters, as well as sandwiches and burgers.

This walk-up café might have a straightforward setup, but it excels in delivering a premium coffee experience with its selection of Starbucks beverages.
