RedRock RV Park Near West Yellowstone
RedRock RV Park beckons travelers with promises of adventure, comfort, and a slice of natural paradise. Nestled just outside the majestic West Yellowstone National Park, RedRock RV Park beckons travelers with promises of adventure, comfort, and a slice of natural paradise. As a haven for both adventure seekers and family vacationers, this RV park offers a plethora of amenities and activities to ensure a memorable stay.

Sometimes the parks can get really crowded and the last time we visited Yellowstone we stayed in Cody, Wyoming. We loved staying right outside Yellowstone because the drive to Yellowstone was beautiful and we saw quite a few bears. Because we had such a good experience last time, we decided to try staying outside of West Yellowstone this time. Staying outside the park forced us to check out places other than the National Park and boy am I glad we did.
This place is a hidden gem only 30 minutes from the West Yellowstone gate. The large grassy spaces with full hookups were perfect for our RV. The bathroom and shower facilities were spacious and spotless, and the laundry facilities even had puzzles, books, and DVDs to borrow!

We have been blessed to see this RV park in two different ways. We’ve enjoyed bright, sunny days here with breathtaking views all around. We’ve also experienced a stunning snowfall that was short-lived, melting almost as quickly as it arrived.

I had a hankering for some s’mores, but had a crazy idea! We got out our Solo Stove and decided to try our hand at roasting Rice Krispies Treats! I think I just found my new obsession!!!

Genoa, Italy Port Day on Our MSC Cruise
We stepped off our MSC Cruises ship into the lively port of Genoa and headed straight for the waterfront. The Porto Antico area mixed historic charm with modern energy and set the tone for the day.
Daniel and I explored the city, moving from narrow old streets to open squares like Piazza De Ferrari. We took in the architecture, watched local life, and enjoyed the contrast between old and new.
We ended the day back by the harbor with a relaxing meal and sea views. Genoa felt vibrant, historic, and easy to enjoy in just one day.

Wandering the Marseille port area on our excursion day ended up being one of the simplest—and most enjoyable—parts of our stop.

Barcelona Shore Excursion from MSC Fantasia
Our day excursion in Barcelona gave us a glimpse of the city’s highlights, but felt more rushed than expected. We explored viewpoints on Montjuïc and saw cultural landmarks like the Magic Fountain of Montjuïc and Palau Nacional from a distance. We also made a brief stop near the iconic Sagrada Família, taking photos but not going inside.
The itinerary included a short shopping stop and limited time to explore on our own, which made it hard to fully experience the city’s energy and architecture. Barcelona is vibrant and full of culture, but we left feeling like we only skimmed the surface.

Best Things to Do in Athens, Greece
Athens is a city where ancient history and modern life collide. Wander through the Acropolis and stand beneath the Parthenon, one of the world’s most iconic landmarks. Explore the Acropolis Museum to see priceless artifacts in a striking modern setting. Stroll the charming streets of Plaka and Anafiotika, filled with neoclassical houses, cafés, and hidden corners. Experience local life at Monastiraki Square and its bustling flea market, then relax with a sunset view from Lycabettus Hill. Finish the day enjoying traditional Greek cuisine—or rooftop dining with views of ancient ruins glowing at night.
