Many of these pumpkin patches also offer hayrides, which are perfect for getting into the Halloween spirit! Be sure to bring your camera so you can snap some pictures of the kids picking out their pumpkins.

McKenna Family Farm: Located just a short drive from downtown Branson, McKenna Family Farm is the perfect place to pick your own pumpkins straight from the vine! With over 15 acres of farmland to explore, you’re sure to find the perfect pumpkin here. Plus, they have a corn maze, hayrides, and a petting zoo for the little ones!

Still Waters Resort: Still Waters Resort is a beautiful lakeside resort that’s perfect for a weekend getaway. The resort is offering a special package this autumn that includes access to their private beach, hayrides, pumpkin chunking, giant inflatables a bonfire with s’mores, and of course, picking your own pumpkins right from their patch.

Sycamore Creek Family Ranch: This working ranch is offering a unique experience with their “Pumpkins in the Pasture” event! You can take a hayride out to their picturesque pumpkin patch where you’ll have the opportunity to pick your own pumpkin right off the vine. Shepherd of the Hills Adventure Park’s Pumpkin Fest: This popular adventure park situated on top of Beautiful Table Rock Lake is going all out for their annual Pumpkin Fest! In addition to their famous zip line tours and scenic chairlift rides, they’re also offering a corn maze, hayrides, pumpkin painting, live entertainment, and so much more. And don’t forget to stop by their pie shack for a delicious slice of homemade pie! You’ll also want to take advantage of the Haunted Copperhead Mountain Coaster. you’ll experience a Halloween themed Mountain Coaster ride on Fridays and Saturdays nights, Oct 1st – Oct 30th. 

Pumpkin in the City Silver Dollar City - halloween activities in branson mo

Pumpkins in the City Harvest Festival at Silver Dollar City – Experience Silver Dollar City’s Harvest Festival featuring Craft Days filled with NEW artisans each week and Pumpkins In The City by night with thousands of illuminated pumpkins with non-frightful fun for the entire family! Stop by the Garden of the Giants to see the giant pumpkins. In total 8 giant pumpkins will be on display each ranging in weight from 1000 to 1400 pounds.September 21 – October 29, 2022 Get a special discount when visiting after 5pm.

Haunted Houses & Tours

Branson is also home to a number of haunted houses and tours that are perfect for thrill-seekers. From ghost walks and cemetery tours to haunted mansions and castles, there are plenty of opportunities to get your heart racing this Halloween season. If you’re brave enough, you might even want to try one of the city’s escape rooms! Just be sure to bring along a friend or two so you can keep each other safe.

 There are several haunted houses in Branson that are sure to get your heart racing! For a truly spine-tingling experience, check out The Haunted Gauntlet at Dick Clark’s American Bandstand Theater. This haunted house is not for the faint of heart! If you’re looking for a less intense experience, The Ghostly Mansion on 76 Country Boulevard is perfect for families with young children. This haunted house features friendly ghosts and other fun characters that will make you smile instead of scream!

Castle of Chaos 5D Adventure

Branson’s Haunted Screampark: Do you love being scared? If so, Branson’s Haunted Screampark is the perfect place for you! This attraction features 11 levels of fear, all in one location. Attractions: Terror Tales 3D, Prison Riot, The Mirror Maze, The Doll House, Doctor of the Dead, The Boiler Room, Pitch Black, Haunted Graveyard, Laser Swamp, Project X and Primal Fear.

Branson Hollywood Wax Museum

 The Hollywood Wax Museum: With over 200 lifelike wax figures, the Hollywood Wax Museum is a must-see for any movie fan. On Halloween night, the museum will be open late for a special “Scream at the Museum” event. Be sure to bring your camera so you can take a selfie with your favorite stars… just watch out for the undead ones!

The Dolly’s Stampede Dinner Show: For a more lighthearted Halloween experience, head to Dolly’s Stampede for their special Halloween-themed dinner show. You’ll enjoy a delicious meal while being entertained by horses, riders, and other performers dressed in their best (and spookiest) costumes. It’s sure to be a fun time for all!
