Trail Ride Options

Yosemite Trails offers a variety of rides, each with its own breathtaking views and historic significance:

  • 1-Hour Trail Ride: Great for first-timers or families with younger children. This ride takes you through serene forest trails and introduces you to the basics of horseback riding.
  • 2-Hour Trail Ride: This was the ride we chose, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. We rode through the towering pines, crossed creeks on horseback, and learned about the region’s history and wildlife from our friendly guide. The pace is relaxed, allowing plenty of time to take in the beauty of the Sierra National Forest.
  • Grizzly Giant Ride: A bucket-list experience. This exclusive trail takes you deep into the forest to see Grizzly Giant, one of the largest and oldest giant sequoias in the world. The sense of awe when approaching this massive tree on horseback is hard to describe—you just have to experience it for yourself.
