The luxurious rooms, top-notch amenities, and friendly service made us feel pampered. Offering a luxurious stay, the Oneida Hotel stands as a prominent destination for travelers in Green Bay, Wisconsin. The hotel, steeped in Oneida history, provides a mesmerizing blend of rich heritage and modern sophistication. Guests can avail themselves of an array of hotel amenities, including spa services that offer a peaceful retreat from the bustling city life.

Daniel and I had a fantastic time at the Green Bay Packers Training Camp! Watching kids line up early, hoping a player would choose them, was heartwarming. Each player picks a child to ride their bike to the field. The sight of these little fans proudly following, holding the player’s pads or helmet, is priceless. Seeing the grown players on tiny bikes is quite a sight, and the kids’ big smiles say it all.

The Packers Training Camp is one of Green Bay’s most anticipated events, drawing thousands of football fans yearly. The camp is a mix of strategic plays, intense training, and player performance assessments. Coaches push players to their limits, testing both physical and mental strength under pressure. These strategies tackle the challenges of professional football’s demanding environment.

Fans and pundits love predicting the final roster, analyzing every pass, tackle, and sprint. Fan engagement peaks during the camp, with supporters getting up close with their favorite stars. We even managed to snag a few autographs while we were there!

Hall of Fame and Lambeau Field

We had a blast exploring the beautiful scenery, spotting the amazing rescue animals, and soaking in the peaceful sights of the waterfall. Today, I had the pleasure of visiting Cedar & Sage Grill House Restaurant inside the Oneida Hotel in Green Bay, Wisconsin, and I couldn’t be more impressed! Known for changing their menu 2-3 times a year, they offer an exciting variety of dishes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, ensuring there’s always something new to try. For lunch, I indulged in their spicy crispy chicken sandwich, which was absolutely delicious! We also savored the Three Sisters dip and the cheese curds, both of which were exceptional.

One fascinating aspect of Cedar & Sage is their dedication to local traditions and sustainable practices. I learned about “The Three Sisters” method of planting, where corn, beans, and squash are grown together on one mound. The corn grows tall, serving as a pole for the beans to climb, while the beans enrich the soil with nitrogen. Meanwhile, the squash spreads across the ground, preventing weeds and retaining moisture in the soil. If you’re in Green Bay, I highly recommend a visit to Cedar & Sage to experience their innovative dishes and learn about their commitment to sustainability and local culture.

1919 Kitchen and Tap

When the Packers closed Curly’s Pub during the Lambeau Field Atrium renovation, they had something even better in mind. Inspired by the Packers’ storied history and the spirit of the community, this gastropub is a tribute to the team’s founding year. With plenty of Packers nods throughout, it’s the perfect spot to soak up the game-day atmosphere.

We enjoyed a fantastic dinner at 1919 Kitchen & Tap inside the iconic Lambeau Field in Green Bay! I savored the California Flatbread, brimming with fresh flavors, while Daniel indulged in the mouthwatering Wisco Burger. We couldn’t resist the Cheese Curds—an absolute must! If you’re nearby, this spot is a must-visit for delicious food and an unforgettable atmosphere.

Lunch at the Turn

The Turn Restaurant Lounge, powered by Topgolf Swing Suite, is the ultimate dining and entertainment spot, located just steps from Lambeau Field in Titletown. With state-of-the-art Topgolf technology, you can enjoy golf-simulation games along with other virtual sports and games. The menu is packed with American classics, regional favorites, handcrafted cocktails, and local brews.

I enjoyed the Avocado Chicken Salad—It’s a fresh and flavorful option featuring juicy chicken breast, vibrant corn and black bean pico, creamy avocado, and a cheese blend that ties it all together. Topped with crunchy pepitas and drizzled with a zesty ranch dressing, this salad is a satisfying choice for those looking to enjoy a lighter, yet delicious, meal. It was so good on this summer day! Daniel opted for the Pineapple Chicken Tacos, and they were a hit! If you visit, make sure to try the sun-dried tomato dip—it’s absolutely amazing!

Dinner at 888 Cheese & Co.

Dinner at 888 Cheese & Co in Green Bay did not disappoint! I enjoyed the Chow Down sandwich on jalapeño cornbread, and Daniel savored the Pesto Chicken. The flavors were out of this world, and the crafted sodas and desserts were absolutely amazing! If you’re in the area, this spot is a must-try!

The “BRAT,” featuring Nueske’s bacon, creamy avocado, and Monterey jack cheese on tomato focaccia stands out. Another favorite is the “GOAT,” combining tangy goat cheese, crispy fried kale, and caramelized onions on multigrain bread.
