Melissa and I were in Baltimore, Maryland for the Natural Products Expo East and we were excited to be staying at the Hilton Baltimore BWI Airport.  The Hilton Baltimore BWI Airport is a few minutes from the Baltimore-Washington International Airport and I was surprised that I didn’t hear 1 airplane during our stay… and we were on the top floor!

Our room was on the top floor and we had VIP access!  So not only did we have a great view from our room we had access to the Executive Lounge.  The Executive Lounge offers breakfast and evening hors d’oeuvres.  On top of that they have free soft drinks and a place to just chill and unwind.

I was a little worried about not staying downtown next to the Expo.  I was worried about transportation to and from the Expo everyday.  The Hilton BWI Airport offers a free shuttle service not only to the airport but also the Light Rail which is a train that runs to downtown Baltimore.  From the time we left the hotel to the time we arrived at the Convention Center downtown was about 30 minutes.  Another great thing about riding the train is it only cost us $3.75 each for a round trip ticket.  A lot cheaper than a cab or Uber!

We also took advantage of the hotel restaurant.  After a long day of flying neither one us really wanted to get out but we were hungry.  We decided to head on down to the restaurant and grab dinner.  Even though we just ordered a salad, the salads we got were amazing!  I had the wedge salad and Melissa had Santa Fe salad that when she was finished eating it looked like she hadn’t even touched it!  It was HUGE!
